As SafeBoda continues to grow and offer more services, so does the need to onboard more drivers in a fast and timely manner to meet the ever growing demand.
The current onboarding process has three main steps; Recruitment, Training and Activation, with the first two happening in the field and at the SafeBoda Academy. One of the challenges with having these processes happen in two places at any given time is data collection and processing.
The challenge Design and build a responsive driver onboarding website that can be used for driver registration and tracking through their onboarding process. It is important for this site to be responsive so that device size is not a limitation for recruiters in the field and those at the academy can still use it on their computers.
